Courtney Paddock
Senior Production Specialist
With deep expertise in print production and project management, Courtney is our secret weapon to ensure our analog brand design projects are produced to the highest degree and run efficiently.
Born and raised in St. Helena, Courtney grew up surrounded by the wine industry. While attending college in Monterey for a graphic design degree, Courtney fell in love with the printing world, which led her to a job right out of college at a printing facility in Gilroy, California. After 7 years in Gilroy, Courtney joined CFNapa as a production designer. In this role, she expanded her print knowledge to not only labels, but capsules, corks, and box printing.
After CF Napa, Courtney returned to the printing industry and worked at two print facilities in the Napa area doing Customer Service while assisting the art department.
Courtney is our resident expert on sustainable printing and packaging and advises our design team and clients on packaging sustainability early in the design process.
Courtney lives in Sonoma with her husband and young daughter. Courtney has been part of the Offset team for 2 years.
