Courtney Paddock
Senior Production Specialist
With high level expertise in print production, project management, and sustainability, Courtney is our secret weapon for ensuring impeccable execution and efficiency on all of our printed design projects.
Hailing from St. Helena, surrounded by viticultural landscape and community, Courtney’s journey into the printing world began in graphic design, which she studied in college. From this experience, Courtney developed an abiding love of the printing process, including the various methods, materials, and relationships that go into print production. After seven years working for a print house in Gilroy, California – and gaining valuable production experience – Courtney returned home and joined CFNapa as a production designer, where she expanded her print expertise beyond labels, adapting her production skills into a comprehensive suite of printed matter, including capsules, corks, box printing, fully bespoke printed materials, and much more. Courtney then went to work for two wine-centered printing facilities, working across customer service and art departments, further refining her skillset.
In 2021, Offset was fortunate to welcome Courtney to the team, where she uses her extensive knowledge, and long list of industry contacts, to facilitate excellence in layout, pre-press, paper stocks, and production of all kinds. Of critical importance, Courtney also serves as our resident authority on sustainable printing and packaging. She nimbly guides our design team and clients in integrating sustainability considerations at each of the critical stages of the design and production process.
Courtney lives in Sonoma with her husband and young daughter.
