Client Experience Lead
Siena joins Offset’s Client Support and Success team with a strong background in delivering exceptional customer service in both the B2B and B2C sectors.
With a background in restaurants and hospitality, she was drawn towards the technologies that support those industries. Combining her experience in hospitality-driven operations with an academic background in psychology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), she brings a holistic approach and empathetic communication to problem-solving. She excels in handling technical escalations, collaborating cross-functionally, and implementing process improvements, all while focusing on efficiency and building meaningful interpersonal connections with clients and coworkers.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, gardening, baking sourdough, and spending time with her two huskies, three cats, and her husband. Siena grew up in a small mountain town in Colorado, but settled in Alaska in August of 2022.
